All the lenses in this set have been completely disassembled, cleaned and serviced by one of our in-house lens technicians. Part of the restoration of the lenses included upgrading the the paint in the lens engravings with the same paint that is used in Zeiss Master Prime lenses. The brighter Master Prime paint color makes the engravings easier to see in low light as well as gives the lenses a more modern appearance.
