The successor to Angenieux’s first 16mm zoom, vintage Angenieux zoom lenses are known for their warm, low contrast image quality and the phenomenal magenta & amber flares produced by older lens coatings. This Angenieux 17.5-70mm zoom lens has been equipped with Angenieux’s 0.7x Retro Wide Angle Front Element Adapter, effectively shifting the lens’ focal length from 17.5-70mm to 12.5-49mm. Additional focal length markings have been added to the aperture ring for this adjusted scale.
