Nikon Nikkor 300mm T2.2 Century Precision Lens
One owner/operator lens.
The Nikon Nikkor 300mm f/2 ED IF is one of the sharpest and fastest telephoto lenses ever manufactured by Nikon. It was made between 1983 and 1985 and is among the most rare production Nikon lenses ever made. When shot "wide open" using its unprecedented f/2 (T2.2) aperture, backgrounds become beautiful, out of focus pastel patterns with super sharp foregrounds. All in all, this one of the finest lenses ever made and became adapted for use by film makers to accept a variety of camera attachment hardware mounts, and mounting hardware, filters, and controls (manual or motorized follow focus units, lens motors, etc.). Focus and aperture are controlled manually.
